Sid Meier to Receive Game Developers Choice Lifetime Achievement Award
Renowned game house decorator Sid Meier will be worthy with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2008 Game Developers Choice Awards, taking place at the Game Developers Conference in Feb.

In 1999, he became the second person (after Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto) to be inducted into the Academy of Interactional Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame, and helium joined the Computer Museum of America's Hall of Fame in 2002.
